"I had a hair straightening treatment two years ago. It was incredibly expensive. When I went to inquire about the service's effectiveness on my hair—because, as I said, it was so pricey, around €160-€200 (I had some bleached ends from a fantasy color)—they didn't bother to assess my hair and assured me it would look amazing. After washing and blow-drying, it looked exactly like the photo I've attached. The only thing the straightening treatment did was slightly reduce frizz. I complained about the results, and they gave me a second application free of charge, but they blamed it on my hair being damaged. After the second application, it was exactly the same. They barely used any product, and they didn't even know how to comb it through properly because they applied it from roots to ends instead of starting at the tips to avoid further tangles and breakage. They also didn't use any heat protectant. In short, my hair ended up even more damaged after the second application. The lack of professionalism and information was appalling. If I had known the outcome, I wouldn't have entrusted myself to them. I don't remember the woman's name, but she was older and wore glasses. In short, I felt scammed and had a terrible experience."

"I went to the salon with photos of my hair in full brunette with very fine, ombré highlights. We were aware that the pigmentation might be difficult to achieve since I have a keratin straightening treatment (done in January) on my hair every year, which gave it orange or reddish undertones. Even so, the photos I showed were of VERY fine highlights; the color wouldn't come through, so they left the foil on for over an hour. The initial result is what you see in the photos. I repeat, I'm not complaining too much about the color result, although other salons have done it before with the straightening treatment and my hair turned out blonde. The problem is that they aren't highlights; they're sections of hair, so when I washed it the next day, PART OF THE STRANDS LITERALLY FELL OUT. I'm left with what feels like hair in my hand, a remix of lengths and colors on my head, and the worst part is that I can't style it or wear it down because it's like straw. Right now, three months after giving birth, I'm bald and there's nothing I can do except wear a bun and use a thousand masks and treatments that won't do any good. I can understand the fussiness of a pigment to a certain extent, but my hair is only half gone; that's not highlights. And now I don't even have any hair left; I only have half of what used to be a full head."

"I'd never been to this hair salon before because I don't live in A Coruña. This Friday I had an appointment for a wash and style for a wedding. I was absolutely delighted. My hairstyle turned out beautifully and perfectly, and it lasted for several days despite the hustle and bustle of a wedding. I should also mention that the service was excellent and very professional. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Diva! Thank you!"
