"I arrived at the salon with my hair a complete disaster, shapeless and with a terrible color, and I couldn't be happier with the transformation. From the very first moment, the service was impeccable; they took the time to listen to me and gave me super professional advice on what my hair really needed. They fixed the color, leaving it gorgeous, shiny, and incredibly natural. They also gave me a layered cut that was absolutely perfect: it brought my hair back to life and gave it so much volume and movement. A perfect 10 experience! I left thrilled and will definitely be back!"

"Una experiencia horrible. A principios de abril contacté con el salón porque quería decolorarme el pelo. Me pidieron que fuese allí para valorar si el proceso se podía realizar y, después de verlo, me dijeron que sí sin problema. Me dieron cita para el 12 de mayo, un mes después, y me indicaron que reservase TODO el día porque iba a pasar allí la jornada completa. También me comentaron que me mandarían presupuesto en unos días. Pasó una semana y nadie me enviaba nada, así que tuve que volver a escribirles yo. Resulta que se habían olvidado completamente. Finalmente me dieron el presupuesto, lo acepté y confirmé la cita para el día 12 a las 9:00 de la mañana. Para poder asistir, pedí el día libre en el trabajo. El mismo día de la cita, a las 8:45 les escribí avisando de que iba a retrasarme un poco. La respuesta llegó a las 9:13, cuando yo ya estaba prácticamente al lado del local, diciendo que mi reserva quedaba cancelada porque “a los 15 minutos de espera se cancela todo”. Norma que, por cierto, jamás me habían comunicado, y además ni siquiera habían pasado 15 minutos. A las 9:20 llegué al salón y a las 9:21 ya me estaba marchando porque directamente no quisieron atenderme, aun teniendo reservada una cita para TODO el día y siendo un servicio de muchísimo dinero que llevaba tiempo ahorrando para poder hacerme. Me pareció una falta de respeto enorme y una sensación constante de poca profesionalidad y de no querer trabajar desde el minuto uno. Adjunto capturas de toda la conversación porque sinceramente me parece surrealista. Una experiencia horrible, me hicieron sentir fatal, sinceramente, no recomiendo"
