"I got the haircut in October, and I've been trying to post this review ever since, but Google keeps blocking it because, well, I struggle to use decent vocabulary to describe my experience. In short, the worst haircut I've ever had in my almost 30 years of life. I don't understand how he could have done what he did; it was a disaster. I'm traumatized forever. I'm never letting anyone touch my hair again, ever. He did whatever he wanted. He followed a tutorial while cutting my hair because he clearly didn't know what he was doing. He didn't wash my hair beforehand, so I didn't understand the €42 price tag either. He whistled in my face during the cut, and well, he didn't do what I asked for at all. He applied exactly what he saw in the video tutorial, and he wasn't interested in what I asked for. I arrived with curly, healthy, long, virgin hair. I gave him the most important points of interest, and he looked for a reference. I told him something like that. And well, the disaster continued. He cut off more than five hands' worth of my long hair (25-30 cm). Somehow, he managed to make my hair, which had been abundant and thick, look like a messy, ugly wig. Since that day, every time I look at my hair, I cry. He blames the communication, and I blame his incompetence. He doesn't know how to cut long, curly hair. My hair was left uneven and a complete mess. He did refund my money, but the trauma he caused will last a lifetime. His attitude afterward was deplorable. I honestly don't know who gave him his hairdressing course because he didn't even understand what I asked for, and what he did was poorly done. One side is thicker than the other, the pieces don't match at all, it gets tangled more frequently, I can't put it in a protective style before sleeping, I can't take proper care of it, and now I absolutely have to wet it and have an alternative style so it looks at least somewhat coherent and intentional. He didn't fulfill a single one of my requests, not a single thing. I spoke to him in Spanish, he understood Chinese, and then he blamed me. Here are the before and after photos so you can see the level of this man. It breaks my heart every time I see my hair. It takes a special touch to ruin hair like mine. I repeat, I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a hairdresser. Honestly, I get the impression that this is a barber who got carried away and, without any real understanding or knowledge, probably thought, "How hard can it be?" and started cutting long hair... because he truly has zero knowledge about it, and honestly, I think he shouldn't be cutting anyone's hair... at least not charging like a professional. If you value your hair and care about it, stay away from this place and especially from Andre. Honestly, it's the worst thing that's ever been done to my hair. This guy's audacity left me speechless, and I really don't understand how he can ruin it like that. If some random person on the street had cut it, it would have looked better. Anyway, you get the point. Curly hair? Run for the hills."

"I had super long and unkempt hair, I wanted a change of image and I chose these guys, who although they are young, have been in the sector for more than ten years and are professionals. The place, the atmosphere, the treatment of André (he was the one who attended to me) and the hand he had with me, left an experience of 10! Girls, dare you, if you are looking for something more modern, that is not the typical ladies' hairdresser, this is your place. 100% advice, I will repeat for sure and hopefully this project lasts for many years!!!
