They took the time and care to tend to my curls’ needs, so that I came out with defined, properly highlighted curls. My hair tends to tangle quickly despite detangling it ahead of time, and their sense of understanding and careful brushing was a breath of fresh air. "The ladies were awesome and they definitely know a lot about curls. They were also very accommodating. However, my experience was not great and I even purchased a straightener, after 8 years without heat styling my hair, to mask my results that simply looked bad (uneven, harsh layers, very short bangs impossible to handle for my hair type). I waited 6 weeks to write this comment in order to give myself time to play around with my hair and see if it got better over a few washes but it is still bad. I would recommend this place for a trim or colouring which was absolutely gorgeously done on the client next to me but not for a serious cut or reshape !"
