"Have visited this place several times and was satisfied with their job until the last time when Alex didn’t do properly the hair coloring. I asked to correct it and the coloring gap was evident, I understand that from time to time we all make mistakes. Alex corrected it and asked me to never return back to the salon. It is a pity when the hairdresser cannot recognize his mistakes and takes the things personally. In any case, I wish them all the best and I am sure that he is aware of this mistake and won’t commit it again."
