"The ladies there are very lovely and kind. But I feel that there was not enough care taken with my hair. I showed her a picture of the cut I would like. I had very long blonde hair and I loved my length in which I told her this. But she didn't take any care and cut so much off. I brushed it off when I was there, but as I've spent some days with it, the cut is so uneven and i feel embarrassed about it. The first photo is how my hair is now, and the photo before is how long & blonde it was. Really disappointed."
